My name is Lesley van Bart and I'm proud to be the founder of this special experience. After completing my degree in International Tourism Management and many years of experience as a location manager at a large-scale sales and promotion company in the Netherlands, where I built a new branch from the ground up into one of the most successful in the country, my heart longed for something more.
I chose a life dedicated to creativity and entrepreneurship and followed my passion for art and design. Today, my paintings hang in many places around the world and I've had my first solo exhibition at an art fair abroad.
The transition to an independent existence wasn't always easy, especially because it deviated from the traditional paths that my immediate surroundings usually followed. But during my travels I met inspiring people – open-minded and entrepreneurial – who enriched my perspective and encouraged me to follow my own path.
With Retraition, my mission is to offer that same inspiration and support to other entrepreneurs. I want to create an environment where you can grow not only as a professional, but also as a person. Here you'll find like-minded souls, valuable connections (or maybe even collaborations!) and a community that supports you at every step of your entrepreneurial journey.
